These musicians are known across North America (and even in Europe) as masters of Gypsy Jazz, the style of Manouche swing popularized by another legend, Django Reinhardt. But Pearl Django brings a lot more than “just swing” to their shows. Their jazzy repertoire includes waltz, blues, and Latin numbers, which means dancers will get a luscious variety of snappy dance music.\n\nFree Pre-Dance Lesson\nJoin Winfield Hobbs who will teach “Single time swing variations for upbeat tempos.”\nLike to get warmed up before the dance?  Learn a couple of extra moves?  New to dance and want to meet a few people?  Then come join us for the free pre-dance lesson!  Our instructors will get your dance motor running and your confidence up.  Starts at 7pm.\n \n
