Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations with refund for Seabeck Dance Camp registration will be accepted until November 26, 2025.
Remember, the Seabeck Dance Camp registration is comprised of two parts: The Northwest Dance Camp program fee, AND, the Seabeck Conference Center (SCC) accommodations and meals.
- The $300 Northwest Dance Camp program fee is refundable, minus a $30 administration fee, until November 26, 2025.
- The SCC accommodations and meals fee is fully refundable until December 1, 2025.
Registration for the Seabeck Dance Camp 2025 is a package deal. There is no adjustment if you choose to come later or leave early.
