Dance camp fee
The Dance Camp fee covers:
- All instruction over the four days of camp
- Two live-music dances
- Two professionally DJ’d dances
- Saturday cocktail / mocktail party
- Late-night social and dancing
Fee Schedule
- Early Bird fee is $280 from September 12 – October 24, 2024. You will pay this at registration.
- Regular fee is $300 from Oct 25 – November 28, 2024. You will pay this at registration.
- Registration closes at midnight on November 28, 2024 (Thanksgiving Day)
Cancellations
- Cancellations will be accepted until November 28. The Dance Camp Fee is refundable, minus a $30 administration fee.
- After November 28, there will be no refunds of the Dance Camp Fee.
- Accommodation costs are fully refundable until December 4th.
accomModations fee
Room requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you want a specific type of accommodation, register early!
The accommodation fee covers:
- Three nights lodging
- Nine meals
- This is a package deal, there is no adjustment if you choose to come late or leave early.
- COSTS range from $308 – $440 per person, depending on your choice of accommodation.
- You will receive an invoice for your accommodation by mid mid-November.
About shared bathrooms
- Shared bathrooms have two showers and several toilet stalls and are separated for men and women. Typically, two to four people may share a bathroom.
About single-occupancy rooms
- Seabeck Conference Center (SCC) sets rates for their accommodations and charges an additional $50 per night fee for placing a single person in a room with more than 1 bed.
- HINT: IF YOU WANT A SINGLE ROOM, REGISTER EARLY TO AVOID THE ADDITIONAL $150 FEE (three nights x $50 per night).

Annex, Inn, Reeser
- Vintage buildings with 1-2 beds per room
- Most with shared bathrooms in the building, and a few with ensuite bathrooms
- Cost: $308-$336 per person
Spruce
- Vintage buildings with 20 rooms, all with 3 beds per room
- Ensuite bathrooms in all rooms
- Cost: $347 per person
Salal and Huckleberry
- Newer buildings added in the last 10 years with newer furnishings
- Two single beds per room, and ensuite bathrooms.
- Cost: $397 per person
The Pines
- The newest building
- Eight single rooms with one queen bed
- Eight rooms with two queen beds
- Eight rooms with two queens bed and one twin bed
- ALL ROOMS have ensuite bathrooms.
- Cost: $440 per person
RVs, Campers, and Tents
- These are not allowed on the grounds of Seabeck Conference Center. There is a State Park within easy distance.
- Offsite campers pay a daily $15 fee for use of the facilities, and are expected to eat lunch and dinner at the dining room every day.
- Costs: $130 per person
Meals
Meals are served cafeteria style:
- Breakfast at 8:00AM
- Lunch at 12:00PM
- Dinner at 6:00PM
The kitchen offers the following special diets: vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free. You will request this at registration.
There is a refrigerator in the dining room for guests who bring special foods for their dietary needs.
You are responsible for managing any other dietary issues you may have.
