Cost and Cancellation Details

Seabeck Dance Camp 2025

Northwest Dance Package Fee – $300

  • All instruction over four days of camp.
  • Two live music dances.
  • Professionally DJ’d kick off dance.
  • Special theme mocktail party.
  • Late night socials and dancing.
  • (Subject to change.)

Seabeck Conference Center Fee – $325  to  $530

  • Use of Seabeck Center Facilities and Campus.
  • Nine family-style meals.
  • Three nights lodging in the room of your choice.

Meals

The kitchen offers the following special diets: 

  • Vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free.
  • Three meals a day — 8am, noon, 6pm.
  • Special dietary needs?
    There is a refrigerator in the dining room for guests who bring special foods.
    You are responsible for managing any dietary issues you may have.

RV’s, Campers and Tents:

  • Are not allowed on the Seabeck Center grounds. 
  • There is a state park within easy distance.

Cancellations and Refunds:

  • The $300 NWD Dance package fee is refundable, minus a $30 administration fee, until November 26, 2025.
  • Seabeck Conference Center Accommodation and meals fee is fully refundable until December 1, 2025. 
  • Registration for Seabeck Dance Camp 2025 is a package deal.  There is no adjustment if you choose to come late or leave early.
