to share a room:
1. Ask a friend to be a roommate.
2. Important! Your roommate should register as soon as you register.
3. Register by choosing your bed in a room.
4. Tell your roommate to choose that same room.
5. NOTE: If you’re seeking a roomie, contact Pat, the registrar, at patbreen@nwdance.net.
PLEASE DO NOT put yourself in a room with someone else
UNLESS both of you have agreed to be roommates.
For a solo room:
1. Single occupancy rooms are sold out. Please contact Pat, the registrar, at patbreen@nwdance.net. She will place you, as a solo, in a double occupancy room. This will cost an extra $150 for the weekend.
To stay off-site:
1. Choose “ALL OFFSITE CAMPERS.”
2. There is a mandatory Seabeck Center charge of $165 for nine meals and $300 for the dance package ($465 for the weekend).
What if the kind of room I want is sold out?
Then try other preferences! For example, if there are no single occupancy rooms left, look at double occupancy (or, contact Pat, our register, at patbreen@nwdance.net, to see about converting a double room to a single one for an extra charge).
